5.1 Eligibility. Bonuses and promotional offers are available to eligible pogo88 players as determined by pogo88 at its sole discretion. 10.4 Force Majeure. pogo88 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, or third-party service failures.
11.1 By pogo88. pogo88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if it determines that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.
11.2 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Any balance remaining in your account at the time of termination for cause may be forfeited. Where termination is not for cause, pogo88 will process a withdrawal of your remaining balance to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to verification requirements.

12.3 Jurisdiction. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
